Lovin’ the Fig!

Yesterday was my last day in my old kitchen (we’re moving all the kitchen equipment to the new place today), so i thought i’d try something new. This fig and goat cheese tart will be delicious, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with toasted almonds, then topped off with a big dollop of fresh cream…this business really is not helping my waist line! The fig tart will make its debut on Saturday morning at the Village Market. See you there!
