Many years ago a popular TV hostess brought to our attention the ‘gratitude journal’. I agree with her, saying thank you is definitely good for the soul. This being our first Sunday lunch at our new venue, I invited a few people I wanted to say thank you to, and said it the only way i really know how…I fed them! (a seasonal cheese platter with figs and dolmades, a Sunday roast of our free range meats and a dessert of our homemade cheesecake ice cream)
